Zeds Dead – thank you thissongissick.com

On September 30th Zeds Dead rocked Union Transfer in Philly with some of the heaviest dubstep around. The team of DC and Hooks put on their second show of the year in Philly and you can definitely count on them coming back at least once on their next tour. Their heavy-bass sounds can be heard in genres such as Dubstep, Breaks and Electro House. Expect to dance from start to finish at one of their shows as they will test your dancing endurance. The Toronto natives often sample sounds from movies and TV such as Star Wars, Pulp Fiction and the Twilight Zone. They are currently on a North American tour playing 70 dates in the USA and Canada. Rumor has it they will also be touring Australia and New Zealand in January 2012. They remixed groups from other music genres such as the Rolling Stones, Radiohead, the Foo Fighters and Sublime.

Already deep into their tour, Zeds Dead has already played dozens of shows, but their last show in Philly was somewhat special, and I’m sure if you watch the following video you will feel a little special as well.
