On February 18, 2012, the Deadmeat Tour consisting of Steve Aoki, Datsik and Autoerotique will be at the Borgata Event Center in Atlantic City for a very special party as part of their North American tour. Aoki, who was just in Philadelphia a few weeks ago, plays a lot of Electro with screamo influences such as his song “Warp 1.9” that he produced with the Bloody Beetroots. Datsik playsmostly Dubstep and Brostep, but likes to mix in Electro House and Drum and Bass. Among the dozens of artists at Electric Zoo 2011, I believe he put on the best set of the festival with his incredible track selection seamless transitioning. Over the past couple of years, the Canadian DJ has produced seven number one releases on Beatport and has collaborated with Excision, Bassnectar and Bare. His soundcloud page is filled with his original tracks and remixes, many of which are available to download for free. Autoerotique dabbles in all sorts of genres ranging from Disco to Dutch House, but mainly stays in the 128 BMP range. The duo from Canada is signed to Steve Aoki’s label called Dim Mak Records and has remixed some of the biggest names such as Benny Benassi, Tiesto, Laidback Luke and Diplo.
